Sigma Consultants were engaged to provide Structural and Civil Engineering services to the rebalancing works at the Rotokawa Power Station.

The goal of the project was to redirect excess geothermal steam to the nearby Nga Awa Purua Power Station, which can use the steam to produce more power.

Sigma’s engineering team undertook the design and draughting of groundworks, utilities and foundations to support the mechanical vessels.

Sigma was then engaged to monitor the construction of all civil and structural items.
