Richard is a senior planner who is an experienced planning professional with over 12 years’ experience across local government, private consultancy, and development sectors in both the United Kingdom and Aotearoa New Zealand. He has worked on a wide range of projects including residential subdivisions, multi-unit developments, and commercial schemes, and is actively involved across the full project lifecycle from initial feasibility and strategic advice through to resource consent delivery and project implementation. In his current role alongside Ann, Richard combines strong technical expertise with leadership and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver high-quality, efficient outcomes that support sustainable development and community needs.
